Fitness training for cardiovascular improvement and maximum fat burn, alternating among different stations, low and high impact.

Tuesday

MAT CORE

A combination of planks, side planks & Pilates exercises to improve abdominal and lower back strength, mat only.

Wednesday

BUTTOCKS AND THIGHS

A lower body workout with light weights, body bar and body weight to build lean legs and firm buttocks.
 

Thursday

CORE WITH STABILITY BALL


A total body workout with stability ball meant to challenge balance and core.

Friday

CORE, STRETCH, BALANCE

A  combination of planks / core strengthening movements and yoga inspired poses, for a total body stretch / balance improvement. All levels welcome, beginner friendly.
