Monday

CARDIO CIRCUIT


Fitness training for cardiovascular improvement and maximum fat burn, low and high impact. Supersets of plyometric movements and push up variations (modifications for beginners and people with injuries).

Tuesday

MAT CORE

A combination of planks, side planks & Pilates exercises to improve abdominal and lower back strength, mat only.

Wednesday

BUTTOCKS AND THIGHS

A low impact, lower body workout with dumbells, kettlebels and body weight to build lean legs and firm buttocks. Step and mat used.

Thursday

CORE WITH STABILITY BALL


A core workout with stability ball meant to challenge balance, coordination and upper body strength. Variations of crunches, planks, lower back exercises.

Friday

YOGA - (STRETCH & BALANCE)

A  combination of  yoga inspired poses for a total body stretch and balance improvement. All levels welcome, beginner friendly.
